By creating an account or otherwise using the Community Scenario Dashboard (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Usage. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the Service.

You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. You must verify your email address before you can sign in.

You retain ownership of the scenarios and other content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, store and make your content available through the Service as you direct (public, private, or via a sharing link).

You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the rights to share it. We may remove, deactivate or ban content that violates these terms or applicable law.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content;
• attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• misuse other users’ content or personal data.

We process personal data (such as your name and email address) only to operate the Service — to authenticate you, send transactional email (email verification and password resets), and associate your uploaded scenarios with your account. We do not sell your personal data.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, export, and erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You can delete your scenarios from your dashboard; to erase your account, contact us using the details below.

The Service uses a single strictly-necessary cookie to keep you signed in (your session). This cookie is required for the site to function and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Your theme preference is stored locally in your browser. You can review or change your choice at any time via the cookie banner or the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
